3. Eligibility
Use of the Platform is permitted only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their place of residence, whichever is greater. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Registration
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.
4.2 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your Account with any other person and to notify us immediately at help@claimvelvet.vip if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

All activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility. Claimvelvet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
5. Platform Access and Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Subscription Plans
Access to certain Content may require a paid Subscription. Details of available plans, including pricing and included features, are presented on the Platform at the time of purchase.
6.2 Billing
By purchasing a Subscription, you authorise Claimvelvet to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. All fees are stated inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. You are responsible for any additional charges imposed by your payment provider.
6.3 Renewals and Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.
6.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change Subscription pricing. Any price change will be communicated to you in advance and will apply from the next renewal date following the notice period.
7. Refund Policy
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at help@claimvelvet.vip within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be declined where Content has been substantially accessed. Digital content that has been fully consumed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund.
8. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree to use the Platform in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations and does not infringe the rights of others.
9. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Platform, you must not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any Content without prior written authorisation from Claimvelvet.

10. Intellectual Property

All Content available on the Platform, including but not limited to videos, course materials, graphics, text, and software, is the intellectual property of Claimvelvet or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
10.2 Limited Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, Claimvelvet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content solely for your personal educational use during the period of your active Subscription or authorised access.
10.3 Restrictions
You may not reproduce, republish, transmit, adapt, or create derivative works from any Content without explicit written permission from Claimvelvet. Downloading Content is only permitted where an explicit download option is provided within the Platform.
10.4 User Submissions
If you submit any content to the Platform, including comments, feedback, or other materials, you grant Claimvelvet a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display such submissions in connection with the operation of the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to make such submissions.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. These links are provided for convenience only. Claimvelvet does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party website or service. Your interactions with third parties are governed solely by their respective terms and policies.
12. Privacy

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Claimvelvet does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any specific results will be achieved through use of the Platform or its Content.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Claimvelvet and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to Claimvelvet in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Termination
16.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us at help@claimvelvet.vip or through your Account settings where available. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees unless required by applicable law.
16.2 Termination by Claimvelvet
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law.
16.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and any associated Content ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification clauses.
17. Modifications to the Terms
Claimvelvet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
